˙Just because it's a bass doesn't mean you have to emphasize only the low frequencies. Adjust the 4-Band EQ on the ArkBass15 appropriately and experiment with the entire frequency spectrum.
˙The world of sound is vast and profound. Be sure to try tone shaping with various effects pedals.
˙Surprisingly, the condition of the strings has a significant impact. Unless you have a specific preference for the sound, it's advisable to change the strings regularly.
˙Keep in mind that, contrary to what you might expect, lower frequencies tend to travel further through the floor or walls of a room. Especially in the early morning, late at night, or during rainy days, consider lowering the volume a bit to be considerate to other family members or neighbors.
